Yoga classes for kids and teens age groups, 3-4 yrs, 5-8 yrs, 9-12 yrs, 13-17yrs.
Sessions can be delivered to individuals or groups based on the Zenergy methodology of kids yoga to promote positive mental health and well being. Each session will incorporate fun and engaging activities, such as games, storytelling, and music, to keep kids and teens interested and excited about yoga. The Zenergy methodology focuses on the connection between physical movement, breath, and emotional regulation. Kids and teens will learn techniques to help them manage stress, anxiety, and emotions in a healthy way.
Our experienced instructors are specially trained in working with children and teens to create a safe and supportive environment for them to explore yoga and mindfulness practices. Our sessions can be conducted online, in an office, outdoors in a park, through walk and talk sessions, or even at the family home, depending on location. Parent Support

We offer professional consultations and support for parents that are feeling overwhelmed and seeking guidance on how to best support their child's mental health and well-being. Our experienced team provides education, resources, and practical advice to help parents navigate the challenges their child may be facing. Groups

Calming Minds Collective is dedicated to providing children and young people with the tools they need to navigate their emotions and improve their mental health. Our psychoeducational groups focus on emotion regulation, expressing emotions, relaxation, and mindfulness. By participating in these groups, individuals can develop important skills that will help them manage stress and build resilience. Training
